How long is each class?

Each class is 1.5 hours long

Will there be homework and notes provided?

Yes! Work and both typed and handwritten notes can be found in Microsoft Teams.

Are there any way for the student to contact the tutor for help?

Yes! The student can contact us via the chat system via Microsoft Teams. Do take note that it might take a while before we can get back to the student as we might be in the middle of a class.

What happens if my child is not able to make it for that lesson?

The student can re-arrange for a make up lesson by joining other classes at no extra cost. However, do take note that the pacing for each class might differ slightly, and is not recommended to re-arrange unless absolutely necessary.

How is payment made, and what is the currency in?

For students located in Singapore, the tuition fee can be made payable to us via the PayNow QR code.

For international students, the fee can be made payable to us via Stripe.

The accepted currency is either in Singapore Dollars (SGD), or US Dollars  (USD).

What are the procedures to withdraw from a class?

In the event that you would like to withdraw your child from our class, you would need to provide us with a 2 week notice.
